From as far back as she can remember, dancing has been her passion. Patricia Siva has been in the dance industry for the past 25 years and up until today she continues to dance and participate in competitions. Patricia is trained in various genres of dance and is also the Managing Director of Studio Scene Services, Bandar Seri Begawan’s largest dance school. Her dance school Studio Scene currently has 300 students. Every year for the past 10 years the school has organised a recital at the Jerudong Park Amphitheatre which includes 250 students in the performance and captures an audience of 2,500, with proceeds from this recital going towards supporting various institutions such as JIS, ISB, MKM, Crisis Events, SOH, KACA and Pusat Ehsan. Patricia is an entrepreneur, professional dancer, choreographer, teacher and a certified Yoga instructor. She has trained and inspired many young dancers and strongly believes that “Through dance children learn to be confident, disciplined and creative and it also has a positive effect in that it inspires, entertains and broadens the cultural level and understanding of people around the world.”
